If you do not qualify in HPBOSE Class12th 2026 exam, apply for the compartment/supplementary exams. You are eligible for this if you fail in one or two subjects. If you fail in more than two subjects then need to reappear next year. 

Yes, with 50 marks in the GATE exam candidates can get admission to few IITs and NITs as well. 

HPBOSE 12th ranks are prepared based on the highest marks secured by students in the exam. The ranks are decided for the Arts, Science and Commerce streams. Rankings are derived from aggregate scores.

HP Board provides a provision for re-evaluation and checking of marks for Class 12 exams. Students need to apply for the same by paying certain fees.
