There are not any aptitude test for entrance exam for BSc biotechnology in Banasthali vidyapeeth, admission is based on merit wise performance of candidates qualified exam. In B.Tech Biotechnology and M.Sc Biotechnology aptitude test for entrance exam are required. For B.Sc Biotechnology program, evaluation is based on the academic performance without any aptitude test.

No, as you have passed the 12th standard with 60% neither you are required not you are allowed to appear for the supplementary exam.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) offers failed students a supplementary exam.
The supplementary exams are only for the students who have got failed in at least 1 subject.
