Yes, you are allowed to make an improvement in one subject to be eligible for NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
For NEET you must have passed / appearing your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and English.
Minimum marks percentage is:
General Category: 50%
SC/ST/OBC: 40%
PwD: 45%

For BA LLB admissions at Kashmiri University, you generally do not need a CLAT score. CLAT is mainly used for admissions to National Law Universities, and most state universities (including Kashmiri University) follow their own entrance exams or selection process for law programs. Similarly, the CUET is typically for non-law undergraduate courses and isn't used for law admissions here.

NTA usually releases the city intimation slip 12-15 days before the exam. For the January session of 2024, the exam was scheduled for January 24, and the city intimation slip was released on January 12, and for the April session, March?28, 2024. The slip can be downloaded from the official website of the exam.

Candidates who wish to apply for the MBA course must complete their bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate for General and OBC (45% aggregate for SC/ST). Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements to apply for the MBA course. Candidates awaiting final year results can also apply. Additionally, the institute considers the merit in the last qualifying exam, followed by GD & PI, to shortlist candidates for admission.

GNM nurses registered from State / Indian Nursing Council are allowed to take NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test)
If it is asked for NVRCET then there's no connection between a GNM nurse and NVRCET exam as both of these are completely different streams.
NVRCET (National Voter Registration and Certification Examination Test) is test that allows you to become a voter registration and certification officer while the GNM is General Diploma in nursing.

The National institute of computer arts (NICA) offers Diploma and short term courses in graphic design, web design, animation and more.
Eligibility:
For Diploma courses students must have to complete class 12
For short term courses students must have to complete class 10
No entrance exam is needed.Admission is based on your educational qualification.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .
The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.
