For BA LLB admissions at Kashmiri University, you generally do not need a CLAT score. CLAT is mainly used for admissions to National Law Universities, and most state universities (including Kashmiri University) follow their own entrance exams or selection process for law programs. Similarly, the CUET is typically for non-law undergraduate courses and isn't used for law admissions here.

GNM nurses registered from State / Indian Nursing Council are allowed to take NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test)

If it is asked for NVRCET then there's no connection between a GNM nurse and NVRCET exam as both of these are completely different streams.

NVRCET (National Voter Registration and Certification Examination Test) is test that allows you to become a voter registration and certification officer while the GNM is General Diploma in nursing.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .

The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.
