No, candidates are not required to take any entrance exam for admission to the Vydehi Institute of Law BBA LLB programme. Candidates willing to get admission must apply for the course directly on the official website of Vydehi Institute of Law. However, before beginning the admission process candidates must make sure to Class 10 and Class 12 with 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) for the general category (40% aggregate for reserved category, 39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%).

Medical examination is conducted by authorised Medical Officers of Defence Forces as per medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to Enrolled Personnel on entry. The criteria for medical standard is given below.
Height: Minimum height 157 cms. Height standards may be reduced by up to 05 cms below 157 cms for candidates having domicile of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Garhwal, Sikkim and local tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
