No, JEE Mains is not a mandatory entrance exam for GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru BTech admissions. Aside from the JEE Mains, candidates can also appear for the KCET as well as GAT to qualify for BTech at GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru.

The WB ANM GNM application correction facility was available till April 26. The candidates were allowed to change the details filled in the application except the personal details.

No, the WB ANM GNM application is non-refundable. Once the application fee is submitted, no request for its reversal will be entertained.

IIM Bangalore offers admission to all its courses on the basis of both, merit and entrance scores. IIM Bangalore accepts national-level entrance exams. The college accepts CAT, GMAT, GRE, IIMB DBE, GATE, etc. scores for admission to its courses.

Admission criteria to IIM Bangalore is both, merit and entrance based. The eligibility criteria to get into IIMJ programmes is graduation in any discipline (this may vary from course to course) with a minimum aggregate of 50-55%, along with entrance exams. For UG courses, candidates need to acquire a minimum aggregate of 60% in Class 12, along with valid entrance scores.

The candidates should fulfill, the following eligibility criteria as notified in the WB ANM GNM information bulletin:

Age Criteria - As on 31-Dec-2026, the candidate must have attained the age of 17 years. There is no upper age limit now. The candidates of any age can apply.

Gender Criteria - For ANM Exam, only female candidates can apply. 

For GNM, both male and female candidates can apply.

Educational Qualification Required - 10+2 with 40 % marks

Domicile - The candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal  for last ten years till 31.12.2025

Yes, students can take admission at Ajeenkya DY Patil University Powered by Emversity without entrance exam. The selection criteria for all the BSc (Hons.) courses is meriit-based. Further, candidates also need to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria, i.e., pass Class 12 in Science with 50% aggregate for admission.

Yes, as per the criteria mentioned by the WBJEEB WB ANM GNM 2026 information bulletin, the candidates who are 17 years of age on December 31, 2026, can apply for the WB ANM/GNM entrance exam.

A 30-year-old aspirant are eligible to appear for the entrance exam. For ANM exam, only female candidates can apply.

IIT Kanpur offers admission to all its courses on the basis of both, merit and entrance scores. IIT Kanpur accepts national-level entrance exams. The institute accepts JEE Main, JEE Advanced, CAT, IIT JAM, UGC NET, JEST, CEED, GATE, etc. scores for admission to its courses.
