While all preparation tips may sound repetitive, there are some that really produce results and are effective in gaining good scores for the PTE. The most effective tricks that work in scoring 70+ marks in PTE (or any other exam) are -
- Start preparing with the PTE Official Guide first. Try to understand the exam format, scoring and question types first.
- Then, start practising in timed conditions. Use the Pearson PTE Practice Tests Plus books to simulate the actual test environment.
- Once you take the mock tests, you can easily figure out the areas where you need the most improvement. Start preparing for them first.

The Maharashtra HSC exam consists of mix of objective (MCQs), very short answer, short answer and long answer questions. 25 per cent questions are MCQs while remaining 75 per cent covers subjective, analytical and descriptive type questions.
