Yes, Your bother will be eligible to get a seat through JEE Main if he clears his Class 12th supplementary exams. Clearing of Class 12 is a mandatory requirement. Validity of supplementary exams will depend upon clearing the subjects required.
For admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, he must have obtained at least 75% marks in Class 12 or must be within the top 20 percentile of his board (65% for SC/ST). Students applying to Stanford in Fall 2025 will not require SAT or ACT scores. The university will review applications with or without standardized test scores, leaving the decision with the applicants. IF students do not submit SAT or ACT score, they will not be at a disadvantage. On the other hand, if the students feel these scores are a reflection of their achievements then they could do so. However, for Fall 2026, the university may require SAT or ACT score.

I wrote both JEE and neet. so with my experience, Let me give you this details:
NEET Eligibility
The age of the candidate must be 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year. Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects, securing 50% marks for general, 40% for OBC/SC/ST, and 45% for PwD candidates.
CUET Eligibility
Age has not been declared. The minimum qualification required for the students should be 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board. The eligibility for the particular course depends on the university and their requirements.

The candidate must at least score a minimum of 50% marks in their examination. NIT Rourkela offers admission after considering the 12th exam results, JEE Main score. A merit list shall be made category-wise, listing the All India Rank (AIR) of candidates which is used for the Counselling process.
To get admission in NITs, candidates must have a good percentile to get their desired institution and specialization. Generally, candidates should having a percentile between 85 to 95 for getting NIT seats.

Here are some JEE Main cutoff ranks for Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT) in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh:
B.Tech. in Information Technology: In 2024, the cutoff ranks for the rounds were 604,428 for round 1, 758,104 for round 2, 793,619 for round 3, and 963,560 for round 4.

The NBEMS released a total of 47 cities which are available while filling the application form of FMGE 2025. The FMGE exam centre list is mentioned in the admit card. Applicants are advised to check the details mentioned in the FMGE admit card 2025, and in case of any concerns, the students need to contact the authorities.

TANCET exam is held once every year around the month of March. Typically, Anna University starts the TANCET registration in January, and the same concludes within one month from the start date. The conducting body releases the TANCET admit card for all candidates who will be appearing for the exam. The admit card is downloadable from the official website within a week after the registration window is closed. Candidates will find the TANCET results 15-20 days after the exam is conducted.
