 IIIT Surat cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI quota was released for admission to  BTech branches based on the JEE Main entrance exam. 

For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 9880 to 71693. According to the last round, the most competitive specialisation for admission was BTech CSE. 

Candidates can refer to the table below to know the round 1 and last round cutoff for the OBC AI category.

IIIT Surat BTech cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various BTech course specialisations. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for All India category students. 

For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 21474 to 55895. According to the last round, the most competitive branch for admission was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). Students can refer to the table below to know the first and last round ranks for the aforementioned category.
