Congratulations on clearing JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
For getting Admission in IIT Class 12th 75% Percentage marks in mandatory without 75% you are not eligible for getting admission in IIT.
NIT AND IIT Both criteria is similar.

Yes, K J Somaiya Institute of Technology does have an entrance exam for the M.Tech course. The institute does not conduct any entrance exams. The institute does accept national-level exams such as GATE or MHTCET for admission to the M.Tech course. Candidates must apply for the entrance exam score and secure a non-zero positive score on Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology.
