No, you can't get admission to IIIT Lucknow for BTech unless you qualify for JEE Main. For the undergraduate courses, JEE Main is the mandatory entrance exam, and admissions are made through JoSAA counseling based on ranks in JEE Main. But for other courses like M.Tech, MBA, MSc, or PhD, different entrance exams need to be qualified for; for example, GATE, CUET PG, IIT JAM, respectively. Most of the courses in IIIT Lucknow do not allow direct admission without an entrance exam.

They can be said to join the B.Arch at Apollo School of architecture and Planning without having to take the NATA exam because they also admit students through the JEE Main Examination.
Eligibility towards taking admission for the B.Arch programme is absolutely granted to students in possession of a valid JEE Main score with the needed qualified cut-off marks. If there is a common entrance for attending architecture courses-NATA, Apeejay has the further provision for admitting students through JEE Main.
Confirm whether you are meeting all eligibility requirements given by the college for this academic year.

In the CUET exam, it is allowed to move between questions throughout the exam. If you are not sure of an answer, you may mark it and come back later. This flexibility allows you to focus on answering confident questions before revisiting any that you want to think about more before you answer. However, keep in mind time limits for each section.

An aspiring candidate looking to pursue an MBA from the institute of Apeejay College of Fine Arts is supposed to submit scores matched with nationally conducted tests like CAT, MAT, and XAT.
These are not the only ones; the college may have other alternative criteria, considering some of which may be academic excellence or conduct interviews. Thus, it will be impossible for a student to join without adequate scoring from any one of the above-named recognised tests.
If you have not taken MAT, you can take CAT or XAT and apply for this college.
