If you are having any name error in your OBC certificate then you need to fill the appendix form available with the application form and upload it with your application.

Also while taking the admission in the offline down you need to give affidavit regarding your name error.

Here are some tips to improve SGPA score effectively:

  • Make sure you do not miss important lectures to improve your understanding.
  • Take part in class discussions and ask questions related to the subject to reinforce learning.
  • Create flashcards and use mind-mapping techniques.
  • Ask help for help from professors and mentors if you are struggling. 

In short, focus on your study in a more disciplined manner and you will see the improvement in next semester.

7.5 SGPA is equal to 67.5% Here is the process and SGPA to Percentage formula:

  1. Multiply your SGPA score by 10. (7.5*10= 75)
  2. Subtract 7.5 from the result you get after step 1. (75-7.5 = 67.5%)

A good CGPA score depends on the university or country you have chosen. To apply in top universities of the world, you need to score higher than a 9.5 CGPA. On the other hand, some universities abroad offer admission to Indian students with a 4.0 CGPA.

The admission at SRM is based on the scores in SRMJEEE and not with JEE Mains since SRM is a private University.

Candidates are awarded scholarships like the Founder's Scholarship and the SRM Merit Scholarship as per their performance in the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) and other criteria. Scholarships are offered to SRMJEEE 2025 rank holders up to rank 30000.

Rank is 99,000 in COMEDK; it is difficult to expect an admission in top engineering colleges. The recent cutoffs are highly low in popular branches, though you can get scope in some of the lesser-known institutes or courses with high cut-off ranks. The options considered by your rank are Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore Cambridge Institute of Technology. More, management quota seats will help find the entry door.
