Admission under this category is subject to the college's specific criteria and fee structure, and it does not require participation in TNEA. However, the admission process may differ, and candidates are advised to contact the college directly for detailed guidelines on the management quota admission process and a

Normally, it is a cut above 80 marks to join the Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) for students in the JEE Main exam. But there might be variations due to other reasons, such as the number of candidates, in addition to their overall performance, so it changes every year. Cut off marks are determined only after the examination, which might differ from year to year. The best is to watch the official communications from HPU for exact cutoff scores related to this admission cycle for the accurate information.

Your application for the counseling round may not be accepted due to a number of reasons, like not meeting the eligibility criteria, insufficient documentation, or a rank lower than the required cutoff. It is, therefore important to ensure that you have done everything in the application process. If you believe your qualifications fit the above-mentioned requirements, you should make a contact with the concerned Admission cell of the institute as well as the CUET authorities, so that they explain you the reasons and advise further steps to overcome these difficulties.

At a percentile of 97 and rank in JEE Mains CRL 47,474, the chances of getting admission into tier 1 colleges for CSE might be quite slim. Though your EWS rank is about 7,000, which increases your probability of getting admission, top institutes like IITs and NITs usually ask for ranks that are lower than 7,000 for CSE. But you might get some admission in IIITs or new NITs. Monitor the JoSAA counseling process for updates about opening and closing ranks in order to maximize your opportunities.
