The OJEE exam is conducted for multiple courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates must have completed class 10+2 in a relevant stream for bachelor's degree programs. On the other hand, for postgraduate programs, applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline.

The OJEE PGAT is conducted once a year and will be conducted online (computer-based test). Education Ministry of India has announced that Boards will conduct Board exams twice a year from the next academic session and that students will be allowed to retain the best score. However, Telangana Board is yet to release any official notification in this regard. 

The Ministry also announced that students of Class 9, 10 will be required to learn three languages, two of which will be Indian languages. Class 11 and 12 students will need to learn two languages, one of which will be Indian.
