Yes, students can get admission in IIT Mandi without JEE exam. But this is not applicable for the flagship BTech programme. For BTech admission at any IIT, students have to appear for JEE Main + Advanced exams. However, for the other programmes, such as MBA, MTech, BSc, etc., other exams are accepted.

Seshadripuram College offers admission into BBA course on basis if merit. Students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. They can get direct admission into BBA course, if they have more than 60% marks in class 12 exams. Students can get more information by reaching out to concerned department.
