Candidates can change SNAP test city only before submitting the application form not after it. So, before submitting the SNAP application form, review test city selection and make changes if required.

Yes, SNAP exam centre is same for all slots. Two slots are conducted per session. Both sessions are held at the same exam centres in a gap of 2 hours.

There is a minimum of one test centre in each SNAP city. However, in big cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, etc. there can be two test centres.

Candidates can select upto three cities in the SNAP application form per test attempt. Test centre will be allotted accordingly.

If you are seeking admission in NIT Surathkal MTech, then GATE is mandatory. Students applying for non-MTech programmes do not need to appear for GATE. For M.Tech however, GATE followed by the centralised counselling is mandatory.

No, students can not get admission in IIT Roorkee MSc with GATE scores. The institute accepts IIT JAM score only. No other tests including GATE are accepted. Students also have to appear for the centralised counselling to get a seat.

Honestly, online coaching gets an unfair reputation just because a lot of platforms out there are simply selling you a Google Drive folder of recorded videos and calling it a course. The medium itself is not the problem — I have seen students crack CAT with 99 percentile through online preparation and struggle through expensive classroom programs simultaneously. What actually matters is whether the programme forces you to show up daily, has a real person answering your doubts within a reasonable time, and runs a mock test series that is taken seriously with proper analysis afterwards.

If a student wants to join the IIT Roorkee BTech or BSc programme, then appearing for JEE Advanced is mandatory. Students have to clear the JEE Advanced cutoff and participate in counselling to get a seat. However, for any non-BTech/ BSc programme, JEE Advanced is not required. Students may submit alternate exams instead.
