MAT 2024 was conducted in several cities around India. For August session, PBT was conducted in around 28 cities and CBT in 23 cities. Candidates can apply for MAT by registering at the AIMA website. The option to select test cities will be given in the MAT application form. Applicants must choose their home towns or the cities closed to their current city as the first preference in the MAT exam form. The CTET exam is generally easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The difficulty level depends on the nature of the questions asked in the exam. The CTET exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper carries 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the CTET 2024 exam on July 7, 2024. The CTET exam was held offline in pen and paper mode in two shifts for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The CBSE CTET Paper 2 exam was held in the morning shift from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.

Candidates qualifying for the CTET exam can apply for teacher recruitment in Central schools or other schools accepting CTET scores at any point in time till they fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the respective recruiting agency or school. However, to be eligible to appear for the CTET exam, the candidate must have a minimum educational qualification of a Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) degree with at least 50% marks and passed or appear in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

As the INI CET is one of the toughest exams, candidates should focus on concepts. Targeting Top 1 to 50 ranks: To achieve a single-digit or two-digit rank aim for marking 160 to 185 accurate answers. For Ranks 50 to 200: Try marking around 150 to 160 questions correctly based on the target medical course. To get Ranks up to 500: Candidates must focus on answering 144 to 150 questions correctly.
