You need not to worry about the missed exam. You can inform your college administration about the absence in the exam with a valid reason through your Teacher in Charge or Head of the Department and write a formal application to the Dean or Principal of the institution stating your issue and asking them to allow you to reappear in the exam the next year.

And then you can take your missed exam with your junior batch in the upcoming exam cycle. Once you pass the exam, you will get an updated mark statement and result.

This Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology accepts three entrance exam scores for admission to BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology) couse. They are

  1. National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE)

I think for other courses it should not be a problem to get admission in VGEC Ahemdabad. During the Vishwakarma Government Engineering College BE/BTech cutoff 2024, the last-round closing ranks ranged between 900390 and 904358 for the General AI category students.
