The overall difficulty level of IBPS RRB prelims exam was easy to moderate. The section-wise difficulty level is given below:

DGMC conducts a written test for MA admission. The test includes questions/ statements to debate and discuss. The questions broadly cover local, national and international issues and ideas. Yes, WCTM provides scholarships to World College of Technology and Management JEE Main rank holder. Students with JEE Main rank up to 1 lakh are offered scholarship. Selected students get 50% fee as scholarship. Apart from this, candidates pursuing a Diploma in engineering, or BTech are also eligible for the scholarship. However, the scholarship stats may vary as per the respective course. 

No you cannot apply for JEE advanced with 28 percentile until and unless you come under physically handicapped category.
