The marking scheme for CUCAT exam is as such that questions vary for different courses. There is no fixed number of questions set per course. For BTech, the number of questions will be different from the number of questions asked in a BA Political Science question paper. There will be negative marking and 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total marks will be 100 marks.

In case a student fails the ICSE board exam, he/she will be allowed to appear for the improvement exam in only two subjects. If the marks meets the minimum criteria, he/she will be promoted else they will have to repeat an year.

Students are advised to go through the ICSE syllabus and know the ICSE exam pattern well. They must solve and practice the ICSE sample papers and previous years question papers to get familiar with the marking scheme, types of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of exam and more.

You may not be allotted your first preffered centre in Assam PAT exam. This happens because center is not available or less students are available for a centre. In such cases, you will be allotted centres in the next preferred exam city. Be careful while filling out your order of preference for Assam PAT exam city.

NDA mock tests are like the actual tests which help candidates to know the structure of the exam and types of questions asked in the exam. Candidates can also calculate the time taken in solving each question. Candidates can also analyse their preparation for the exam. After analysing the mocks, candidates must work on improving the weak areas. Solving mock tests help candidates to impove their speed and accuracy of solving questions in the exam.
