Yes, PES University conducts an entrance exam-PESSAT for admission to MCA programme. People's Education Society Scholastic Aptitude Test or PESSAT is a computer-based test of three hours. The question paper includes questions of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. There will be four different sections wherein Physics and Mathematics sections will encompass 60 questions each and Chemistry and English section will comprise of 40 and 20 questions respectively. Besides, PESSAT, candidates can also get admission to MCA through Karnataka PGCET score.

Vikram University accepts the scores of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to the BBA program.
The CUET is an objective-type test that evaluates English language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning skills.
Additionally, the university conducts its own entrance exam for admission into some PG courses such as M.Sc., MBA, LLB, LLM & MCA and for the UG course B.Pharm. For courses like M.Phil and PhD programmes, the entrance exam is conducted, followed by an interview round for admission. Therefore, for BBA admission, the CUET scores are considered for the selection process.

PUMDET is a Master's degree test and through this, students get admission to MSc (PG) courses offered at Presidency University. Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) comprises separate entrance tests for admission in Science and humanities courses. To apply for MSc course, the student have to be graduate from a recognised universiy/institute.
