Yes a score of 85 in TOEFL is good for Vistula University. Mostly a score of 72 is needed for the university eligibility. It has also the requirement of IELTS score 5.5 and above. Yes, there is a negative marking scheme in the UPCATET exam. For each correct answer applicants will be given 4 marks. For each incorrect answer, 1/4th of the total marks or 1 mark will be deducted.
