As per the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) website, if you are applying for undergraduate courses, you need a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 69 overall. You should score at least 19 in writing and 17 in speaking. So, if you score 85 in TOEFL, you meet the English language requirements for admission to ICMS undergraduate courses. Even if you score less than 645 in the GMAT exam, you can still get selected in the top B-schools provided you meet the GMAT cutoff. When you visit the class profile page of a top B-school, you can find that there is a GMAT score range that shows the minimum and the maximum GMAT scores of an MBA batch. Even for top universities like Harvard, the GMAT score range is 545-795. Hence, not everyone in the batch must have scored above 645. If you score less than 645 on the GMAT, you must work hard on your application documents (statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, admission essays, etc.).

A good GMAT score will only improve your academic profile and application when applying for MBA or MIM abroad. However, GMAT score is not the only deciding factor for their selection to business schools. Application documents are equally important.

Admission to MBA is based on candidate's score in CMAT, CAT, NMAT, and XAT scores. Candidates can check below the previous year cutoff for Manipal University MBA:

No, a minimum score of 70 percentile in CAT, XAT, or MAT is required. The average CAT score can be considered 198 to 180 for the MBA and the 90+ percentile in any of CAT and MAT can be considered good for admission to the top colleges. Additionally, a No Objection Certificate is required from the employer for working executives/sponsored candidates/ candidates on sabbatical/candidates recommended by PSUs/GOI Departments.

Yes, CAT is required for admission to MBA programme at Nirma University Institute of Management. As part of the admission process, candidates must appear for the Common Entrance Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). CAT cut off percentile may vary every year and in 2023 general category CAT cut off is 78-80 percentile.

Candidates should have the following for admission to for B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology's BTech programme:
• Passed Class 12th from a valid state board/ CBSE/ ISC or equivalent board with a minimum aggregate of 50% in PCM
• Must have a score in one among Crescent Institute Engineering Admission Test (CIEAT 2024) or JEE (Main)
• Must have studied in regular, full time and formal education only
• Date of birth should fall on or after 1 July 2002
Those who don't have a JEE Main score can appear for the collee level CIEAT exam, secure a good score and get admission via that.
