Patliputra University admission process for various Undergraduate and Post-graduate programmes vary depending on the stream. Admission to some sources, many of the UG courses are based on merit. A lot of State and national-level entrance exams are accepted for a few UG courses.
Like there's B.Sc. (honors), B.Com. (Honors), B.A. (honors) which selects through Merit-based selections. UGET for BBA/BBM, BCECE and Jee Mains for Engineering, PGCET for MA and MSc, PAT for PhD and CAT, MAT, ATMA, JEMAT for MBA etc. to name a few.
Hope that answers your question

The candidates who are willing to get admission for MBA must pass either the CAT / MAT / ATMA / JMET Exams with a bachelor's degree score. For other courses such as MCA, MA, LSW, M.Sc, M.Com, B. Lib & M. Lib, admissions are based on PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance test) scores. For every MBA aspirant the Common Admission Test (CAT) is the their goal. However, apart from CAT some of the other management entrance examinations which the candidate can give XAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP, ATMA, TS ICET, Andhra Pradesh ICET etc. to get admission in Patliputra University.

The changes in SAT pattern come officially from College Board, which administers the exam officially across the globe at its partner centres. SAT exam pattern changes are usually not very frequent, hence if there is any change that comes up, there will be an official notification for the same. For now the proposed SAT pattern is final and there is no intimation for any changes.

The level of ease of the new SAT pattern solely depends on the applicant's preparation for the exam. The new SAT exam pattern has its pros like its shorter in duration, its now digital, the time for answering questions on SAT is 68% higher than on ACT, the reading and writing section is now one section and calculators can be used for all math questions on SAT. The ease is definitely for giving the exam but the syllabus and prep tips remain constant.
