The big update was done in 2026. ETS made these changes to make the test shorter, more adaptive, and easier to understand. They wanted better alignment with real-life English use and global standards like CEFR.

Yes, the CLAT is compulsory entrance exam for all candidates who wish to apply for National Law University, Bangalore BA LLB (hons) admissions. In addition to the CLAT, candidates are also required to fulfill te BA LLB (hons) eligibility criteria to secure a seat.
The admission will be based on the candidate's score as well as availability of seats.

The CSIR NET exam is considered to be Moderate to Difficult in overall difficulty. Generally, Part C of the exam is considered to be difficult. Also, in subjects, Life Science is perceived to be tougher because of the depth of the syllabus and Chemical Science consists of the application-based questions. Mathematical Science is also considered to be the toughest subjects due to the syllabus and questions focused on the analytical problem-solving part.

- Paper 1 & 2 - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 3 & 4 - 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

There are two types of questions asked in CA Foundation exam. Paper 1 and Paper 2 have subjective type questions. Paper 3 and Paper 4 have objective type questions.
There is negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer in Paper 3 and Paper 4 only.

Candidates can download the CSIR NET Syllabus by visiting the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in or csirhrdg.res.in. Candidates can also visit out Shiksha page to download the syllabus PDF for the CSIR NET exam.

To clear CA Foundation exam, a candidate must score at least 40% in each of the four papers and overall 50% in aggregate in all papers. If a candidate fails to do so, he/she will have to retake the exam.

No, there is no sectional time limit in CA Foundation exam. Candidates have to complete their Paper 1 and Paper 2 in 3 hours and answer questions of Paper 3 and Paper 4 in two hours.
Note: There is no break between two papers.

There are four papers in CA Foundation exam according to new scheme. Check below for their names:
- CA Foundation Paper 1: Accounting
- CA Foundation Paper 2: Business Laws
- CA Foundation Paper 3: Quantitative Aptitude subjects
- CA Foundation Paper 4: Business Economics subjects
