If someone misses the internal exam in IIM Shillong, it affects the overall grades of the student in the final. According to the rules and regulations of the college, the internal marks are depending on the internal exam attendance teacher assignment and so many other activities which should not be negligible.

If there is some serious conditions fue to which they miss their internal exams they can talk to the faculty members but if someone misses it by internationally they have to face internal backs in their semesters or they have to submit more assignments to cover up their marks

It might sometime happen that a student misses his internal examination. But this is not to worry about, like any other institution IIM Sirmaur also gives a facility of re-examination. To be precise after missing an internal exam, the student can either be given an assignment or he can be asked to appear for a re-test to pass that examination and get marked for it. This way, even if someone doesn't appear for their exam for some reason, they won't directly be marked failed but will be given a chance to prove themselves.
