Your rank is quite low so it might be difficult for you to get into government colleges for B.Tech but you can target the private universities and some other state universities. All the best

Yes, you have some chances of getting into NIFt with 1542 reserved category rank but it may depend on the number of seats available in the particular university.

You will have to report to the dean/controller of examination and if your reason is found genuine, then there won't be an issue. If you miss the internal exam they re-conduct internal exam so you can appear in that. But end semester exams are main and if you miss or fail any in any subject in that exam you fail the whole semester and you'll have to re appear for that subject in next alternate semester. Internal marks are also important as they make overall GPA of the semester.

In Jamia Millia Islamia University admissions separately along with taking the JEE (Main) 2023 exam. Admissions will be done based on the All India Rank obtained in JEE (Main) 2023.
So please I would request you to please mention your rank in JEE Mains exam then I will be provid you accurate information regarding to admission in this university .

For Sastra, there is no Cutoff and no minimum percentile required in JEE MAINS.
It is based on 12th percentage and JEE Main mark (SASTRA will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75+ JEE MAIN mark * 0.25)
Total- 165 marks.
Based on your score out of 165 they will alot a admisssion.
Therefore, there is no minimum percentile you need.
However, you need to score good marks in both (12th and JEE MAINS).

Yes, It is Compulsory to report at the institute as per UPCET counselling schedule.
We have to report at institute before the last date of admission confirmation date.
So that, for eveyone it will be clear where the admission is finalised and for whom admission is finalised.

No, it's not possible. Firstly, you have to clear 12th. After that, you are eligible to attend for 2nd time CET exam.
