If a student fails an internal exam, they are usually given an opportunity to reappear for the exam. The college may conduct a supplementary or retest for the failed internal exam, allowing the student to improve their performance and achieve a passing grade.
1st part: If you are in First Year then you may asked for retest.
2nd part: (if you are senior) There are two internal exams in a semester. The teacher will tell you to score good marks in the next internal.
