Yes, you can. Many colleges give admission on basis of 12th marks. For B.Sc Nurisng, minimum required percentage is 45.
If you appear for any entrance exam like NEET/ AIIMS / state exam you can definitely get into good nursing college.

If you missed the internal exam things totally varies from professor to professor they can reschedule only for those student misses and some are very strict they cant retake your internal exam, but generally you will get a chance that any other time will be given to you or at the semester they can take your examination.

There is no other alternative for attending the internal exams. One have to attend the exam only on the scheduled dates given by the university. The exams are not conducted again for anyone. If anyone doesn't attend they will loose the internal marks.
