No, you cannot join Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University without RBSC exam. The RBSC exam is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Rajasthan. Therefore, it is mandatory to appear for the RBSC exam to be eligible.
