As per IBSAT exam pattern, the marking scheme for IBSAT is as follows:
- One mark for each correct answer
- No marks for wrong answers
Based on score obtained by candidates in IBSAT exam, they are shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
Listed below is the IBSAT cutoff:
- CAT & XAT: 60 percentile and above
- GMAT: 500+
- NMAT by GMACTM: 150+

Candidates are advised to check the important topics in VITEEE Mathematics section to know which topics may have higher weightage in the question paper. However, the candidates are advised to check and study the entire syllabus to be well prepared for the examination. The important topics can be checked for reference. Some of the important topics in VITEEE Mathematics are Application of Derivatives, Matrices in Algebra Determinants Calculus, Probability Complex Numbers, Continuity and Differentiability.

No, COMEDK participating institutes comprises both government and private colleges. There are 132 engineering colleges which accept COMEDK UGET score for admissions to engineering courses. Out of the total institutes, 95 percent of colleges are private while 5 percent of colleges are public/government. The admissions to both private and government colleges will be done on the basis of COMEDK rank. Candidates have to qualify COMEDK UGET cutoff 2025 to secure admissions.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka mentions COMEDK UGET rank 2025 in the scorecard. COMEDK UGET rank of a candidate is announced on the basis of performance in the entrance exam. Candidates will be able to check their COMEDK 2025 rank after the declaration of the result. On the other hand, COMEDK cutoff is the minimum rank required for admission to various courses. The exam authority will release the COMEDK cutoff after the declaration of seat allotment result separately for all the rounds. While candidates are advised to study the entire VIT syllabus, there are certain topics which have often seen to have higher weightage in the examination. Candidates can check these important chapters and study it to have a higher chance of securing good marks in the examination. Some of the important chapters of VITEEE Physics section are Optics Semiconductors, Mechanics, Oscillation and Waves Modern Physics Electromagnetic Induction and AC. While candidates are encouraged to give important to these topics, they are also advised to not miss out on studying the entire syllabus.
