No, you will not be called for the Personal Interview (PI) round for Symbiosis Law Schools if you haven't cleared the SLAT exam. Candidates must note that SLAT scores are mandatory for shortlisting. You need to score above the cut-off to get a PI call, and you must attend all parts of the PI to be eligible for admission.

The Symbiosis Internation Law University has discontinued Writing Ability Test from the SLAT Admission Process. For the current SLAT 2026 admissions cycle, and since the 2025 cycle, the selection process is based solely on a candidate's performance in the main SLAT entrance exam and a subsequent Personal Interview (PI) round.

Yes, the TS PGECET and GATE syllabus remains the same for M.Tech admission. However, GATE questions are trickier and conceptual compared to TS PGECET. Students who want to appear both TS PGECET and GATE must prepare accordingly-

  • Go through pattern of both exams and syllabus
  • Solve mock test and question paper for accuracy
  • While filling application form enter paper code carefully.

In CAT 2025, 26 candidates scored 99.99 percentile. 14 are from engineering background and 12 are from non engineering background. And among them 4 are female candidates.

In CAT 2025, the number of 100 percentilers was 12. Maximum toppers were from Delhi (3). IIM Kozhikode had released the state wise toppers data along with CAT 2025 result on December 24, 2025.

In CAT 2025, two female candidates have scored 100 percentile in CAT 2025. Number of 99.99 percentile scorer females in 4 and the number of 99.98 percentile scorer females in 5.

  • Create a study plan which covers SRCC GBO syllabus and important topics. 
  • Time management is necessary and students can do so by practicing regularly. 
  • Study books that include the latest syllabus and PYQs. These should help students with exam pattern and difficulty level of questions asked in GBO exam. 
  • Students should regularly read newspapers. 
  • Students should be clear with basics and concepts, and grammar rules.

Yes, there is a 10% scholarship for those who have scored 80 percentile and above in the CAT exam. Scholarship based on CAT is offered based on document verification once you join the program. There are limited scholarship seats which are offered on first-cum-first-serve basis. This scholarship is valid only for the first year without any further scholarship continuation in the next year.
