Yes, you can pursue, but you must have a very high CAT score as well as perform well on the PIWAT.
But, JSS is fully focused on engineering programmes, whether in terms of facilities, instructional visits, or campus placements. The MBA programme is inadequate. If you want to study B. Tech from here, it might be a good decision, however I recommend doing some research on campus placements beforehand.

Hello Aniket, if I may say so, your SC rank is okay but then absolute number of seats under this category are not much. Hence I would strongly recommend that you download the Shiksha college predictor. This will help you in finding out probable colleges and branches thatvyou are likely to get based on your performance. For colleges in Maharashtra, you should download college predictor for MHT CET. Best wishes to you.

Hello Yashashri, I am afraid to tell you that engineering courses are just not available online or through distance education. In addition, all the engineering colleges in Pune admit students primary based on the entrance exam conducted by the state government called MHT CET. Of course, there are some seats reserved under all India quota which are filled up by giving admissions based on JEE mains ranking but these seats are very few. By now all the admission process is over and I am sure you would have taken admission in some college.
Best wishes to you.
