Hello PS Prasad, I am afraid that you are ranking is not commensurate for getting admission in any of the NITs or GFTI. How ever if your state is using JEE Mains as the entrance examination for admissions to engineering colleges then you do have good chances of getting admission. You could have downloaded college predictor of Shiksha design for JEE Mains and utilise it for predicting which college and branch you could get with your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Hello Alok Raj, I am afraid that you are rank of about 91k in JEE Mains is not going to fetch you any admission in NIT or GFTI. However, if your state government has accepted JEE Mains as the entrance examination for engineering admissions for colleges in your state then you do have great chances of success in getting admission. The best way in such situations is to download the college predictor designed by Shiksha for this particular entrance exam to know which probable colleges you can get based on your ranking. Hello Salvi gairola, I am seeing this query after almost 2 months of posting and buy now all the admissions for NITs and iits are already over and I am sure you also would be studying in your desired branch and college by now. However to answer your query it would have been much better if you would have downloaded college predictor of Shiksha for JEE Mains examination. It would have given you all the possible combinations of branch and institution that you could get based on your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Hello in India the Diploma holders of engineering branch can think of doing graduation in either engineering or in any other subject. However there is no system of advanced Diploma for normal Diploma holders. In India advanced Diploma can be done by students who are already graduates and wish to acquire knowledge in certain subjects. Thete are very large number of advanced diploma courses that are offeted by almost all universities. You can , as sample download brochure of IGNOU, to know details .
