Yes, the EAMCET exam is beneficial to get a seat in many branches of engineering in all private colleges, Government Universities, and some private Universities of Andhra Pradesh. Only a few colleges give seats in Aeronautical engineering. But, no problem, it is straightforward to get because many students are taking Computer courses. Also, even a few seats are vacant every year. So you can surely get an aeronautical engineering seat in a good college.

So you have to check the official website of a particular university in order to check the forms and all details. Meanwhile some popular MSc Chemistry entrance exams for national and university level include IIT JAM, CUET-PG, CPGET, AP PGCET, etc.
