Hello Marimuthu, frankly speaking every exam has its different eligibility criteria. If you had passed your Diploma in 2013 then you are definitely not eligible to appear for JEE Mains and obviously JEE Advanced but your eligibility to seek admission and lateral mode in your own state will be subjected to the eligibility criteria decided by your state. This you can find out from the webpage of the directorate of technical education of your state. Also if your state conducts entrance exam for giving admissions to engineering colleges then also you can SEE the eligibility conditions on their website. Best wishes to you.
