The changing pattern of the JEE Advanced exam can be due to various reasons:

  • One of the reason can be to check how the students perform under pressure and how weel they adapt.
  • To check how the students can deal with problems and unfamiliar formats.
  • To eliminate the candidates who rote learn.

JEE Advanced is on the toughest exam for selection to the most premiere colleges of the nation - IITs. Therefore to add to the difficulty level, the pattern is kept undiclosed until the exam day.

The admission process at Globsyn Business School Kolkata comprises national-level tests such as CAT, MAT, or XAT. The level of difficulty depends on the selected entrance test and the most difficult one is CAT. Other than this, GAT, GD, and PI are aptitude and communication-based. Globsyn Business School Kolkata assesses overall potential, not just the difficulty level in exams.

Yes, Globsyn Business School Kolkata does admit students on the basis of MAT scores for PGDM and other PG programmes. In addition to MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, and ATMA scores are also accepted. Once they qualify in entrance exams, the students have to pass through GAT, GD, and PI rounds. MAT is a very popular route at Globsyn Business School Kolkata.

Globsyn Business School Kolkata does not fix a particular CAT cutoff but looks for competitive scores. More than CAT percentiles provide hopeful candidates with a better chance of shortlisting. Final admission is not just based on CAT but also academic merit, GAT, GD, and PI performance. Globsyn Business School Kolkata considers candidates in totality for admission.
