Your Chances at YMCA Faridabad for B.Tech CSE under EWS Home?State Quota:
Cutoff ranks for B.Tech Computer Engineering (CSE) under Haryana Home State quota, EWS category historically fall within approximately General?HS: 12,200–30,700, and All?India?EWS close at around ~91,000 CRL
Your CRL rank is 67,582, and though you're EWS category, Home?State EWS cutoff for CSE in past years closed around 30,000 rank
Your EWS rank (9,861) is good—but cutoffs are determined by CRL rank under home?state quotas.
Therefore, your CRL rank (67?k) is significantly lower than recent closing thresholds for EWS-Haryana in CSE (~30?k?31?k). Admission for CSE

Yes, it is possible to get direct admission to a BEd programme without appearing for the IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam. However, this depends on the specific institution and its admission policies.
Many universities and colleges; both government and private; offer B.Ed programs with direct admission based on:
Merit in graduation (i.e., marks obtained in the qualifying degree)
Institutional quotas
Management seats
Or other alternative selection processes that do not require an entrance exam
It's important to note that IGNOU strictly conducts its own entrance test for BEd admissions, and direct admission is not available for IGNOU's BEd program

You should also monitor the website for announcements regarding the release of the date sheet and admit cards, typically released a few weeks before the exam.

While Wharton UPenn does not have any cutoff for Indian students, they prefer to submit it to stand out . International students with an Engineering and Tech background aim to score a GMAT score of 730+ and a GRE score of 325+. International students who want to get admitted to Wharton must focus on various factors, including exceptional work experience, a recommendation letter, and an interview, rather than only test scores, which do not guarantee admission.
