It's not possible to get a government college with JEE Mains rank of 950074. The government Engineering colleges generally have very high and competitive cutoffs. You can apply to private colleges who accepts JEE Mains score and have much lower cutoffs, also you can look out for colleges who offers direct admission based on marks scored in 12th.

If you are unable to prepare for CUET exam and you are very serious about getting into good colleges and universities then you can take a drop year and prepare for CUET exam for next year or else you can give any other entrance exam required for admission to your desired college. If both the options are not fitting right for you then you have to take admission to those colleges who accepts direct admission based on 12th score.
