No, it doesn't change. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been consistently responsible for conducting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG since its inception.

Yes, candidates can get admissions into UMU courses without appearing for any entrance exam first. 

UMU selects candidates for admissions based on merit in the last qualifying exam scores. 

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be alloted seats if they score above the cutoff limit and if seats are still available at UMU.
