Yes, East Godavari (Rajahmundry) is a valid Andhra Pradesh EAMCET district with test centres like Godavari Institute and iON Digital Zone. During application, select "East Godavari – Rajahmundry" from the preferred exam centre dropdown. If it's not visible, choose the district view and pick Rajahmundry. The final allotment will be shown on your admit card.

With a CRL rank of 310313 and SC category rank of 18507, consider:
- *NITs:* NIT Agartala, NIT Patna, NIT Delhi (challenging)
- *IIITs:* IIIT Delhi (possible under reserved category), IIIT Pune (check reserved seats)
- *Prioritize:* Colleges in or around Delhi for better chances due to home state preference.
- *JoSAA Counselling:* Monitor counselling rounds for best outcome.

Minimum requirement in class 12 for OBC category is 60%
For SC it is around 55%.
But unfortunately you don't fall under these criteria so you are not eligible for IAT exam in OBC category.
But with the same percentile the SC students are eligible to take the IAT exam.
