What are the chances of conversion for XUB-HRM with 86.61 in XAT and 27 months IT work experience, non-domicile?

Very low chance.
If you have domicile, then good opportunity but due to non-domicile very little chance. 27 months of work experience will give you chance to get a call for GD PI.
