No. Schools usually do not withhold a hall ticket from any student. However, in case a student does not meet the minimum attendance requirement or the likes, handing them their hall ticket can be delayed by schools.

Admission to most of the programmes of SPA Delhi is entrance-based. Yes, you can get IELTS e-TRF if you did computer IELTS. The e-TRF is like your normal TRF and shows same scores. You just log in to your IELTS account, go to results, click Download e-TRF, and save it safe.
