This depends on your age when you graduate. If you don't bar the age limit then you will be able to give CDS.

Most of the colleges don't look at the ST rank. Since your general rank is very low, it is very hard to get admissions into good private colleges.

If you are not from Karnataka than you can't apply for KCET as KCET needs Karnataka domicile but yes you can obviously give COMEDK, so if you are not from Karnataka than COMEDK is the only option & if you are from Karnataka than KCET is a better option.
