No, you cannot take admission for LLB (3rd year) in BHU if you are already a BA LLB student (3rd year). BHU offers only 5-year integrated LLB (Hons.) course and does not offer lateral entry to 3rd year.
The minimum percentage required in graduation for admission to BHU - LL.B. (Hons.) is 50% for General Category students and 45% for SC/ST/PWD students.
Here are the eligibility criteria for admission to BHU - LL.B. (Hons.):
* The candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General Category students and 40% marks for SC/ST/PWD students.
* The candidate must have studied English as a compulsory subject in 10+2

But I regret to say that this marks won't let you in BHU Main Campus, but you will get Affiliated Colleges and trust me all colleges are worth studying in BHU.

The admission in the graduation of commerce would be started after the ending of the session this year. The examination are going to end on June 2023. So it is obvious that the admission will be started on 15 July 2023. So yes you will get admission in bhu campus.

To get admission to BHU's BA LLB program, you need to have completed your 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. As for the age limit, you should not be more than 20 years of age as on July 1 of the year of admission (22 years in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates).
As for the admission process for AB LLB, it is not a program that is offered by BHU. If you meant BA LLB, then you can apply for admission by appearing for the BHU UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) conducted by the university. If you have already submitted your application form for B.A. LL.B. In BHU, it may not be possible to edit or modify your application to add another course such as B.A. However, you can try contacting the admission office of BHU to SEE if they can provide any assistance.
