Yes, you are eligible to apply for BSc Fashion Design after completing BVoc. As per the basic eligiblity criteria for the course, you can apply if you have completed Class 12 or equivalent qualification, for example Diploma or B.Voc. You could have opted for any specialisation in these courses. Though, the candidate who has completed B.Voc in Fashion Design will have comparitively more knowledge and skills, but it is not necessary to have studied Fashion Design before.

Yes you can pursue BSc Fashion Design after completing Class 12. If you had Commerce or any other stream. Though, BSc Fashion Design is a degree in Science, it is not required that you should have completed Class 12 with Science stream.
