The Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI) Interview Date is from December 15, 2025 to January 16, 2026. The result will be out on January 27, 2026.

ISDI Challenge exam for cycle 1 was conducted in December 2025. Interviews were conducted in the last week of November 2025.

ISDI Challenge exam is conducted in multiple phases. The candidate has the option to appear in any of these three phases. 

The Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI) conducts the ISDI Challenge exam in three cycles. The admission process is currently ongoing for Early Cycle 1A and Early Cycle 1B.

Note that applications will open separately for each phase. The candidate can opt for any of the phases to appear in the ISDI Challenge exam. 

The Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI) will conduct the ISDI Challenge exam 2026 for the Current Cycle till January 16, 2026. No. The NIIFT authorities have not specified any age limit. However, make sure that you go through the academic and other requirements. Note that unless the candidate meets the prescribed criteria, he or she will not be considered for admission to the design courses offered by the institute.

Yes. Candidates awaiting their results can apply but the student needs to have all their mark sheets and should provide the certificate before the classes commence.

The candidate can select their programme of study at the time of filling out the application form. The allotment of seats will be based on merit of NIIFT 2026 entrance exam.

NIIFT entrance exam pattern for UG design courses is such that the question paper is divided into five sections – Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Analytical Ability, and Creative Ability.

The candidate has to prepare for all the sections to get a good score in the NIIFT exam.
