Please note that whether Amity University would be a good option for Fashion Design depends on your specific goals and expectations, However these are the basic points that will help you decide:

  • Amity's courses and general resources are well-regarded. And thus it adds more credibility to your degree.
  • The knowledge of the same faculty members who teach on-campus programmes is typically beneficial to the distant learning programme.
  • Distance learning is ideal for people with other responsibilities or working professionals since it allows you to study at your own pace and on your own schedule.

The selection process for Master of Vocation (M.Voc.) depends on the results of an entrance exam or merit lists. Applicants may also be required to appear for an interview.

To be eligible for admission to a Master of Vocation (M.Voc) degree program, students typically need a 50–60% aggregate score in their graduation. The All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) is also a typical eligibility criterion for the M.Voc program.

The minimum required marks for M.Voc in AIEED changes everytime and it's published by the council after the total examination process.

The MIT Institute of Design (MITID) typically requires applicants to appear for the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) as part of its admission process. The DAT is used to shortlist candidates for the Studio Test and Personal Interview, which are the basis of admission to undergraduate and postgraduate design courses at MITID. Therefore, it is unlikely that one can join MIT Institute of Design without taking the MITID DAT. The institute's admission process is highly competitive, and the DAT is a key component of the selection criteria.
