Yes, you can do the Diploma in Fashion and Apparel Design Technology (DFADT) at SASMIRA's. The eligibility criteria of DFADT is SSC passed. The course duration is one-year full time.

INIFD Indore offers the following fashion designing courses as under.
1. One year foundation programme
2. Two years advanced programme
3. Four years advanced specialisation programme
4. One year fashion styling
So from above INIFD Indore does not offers the B. Des course in fashion designing.

I think hearing impairment can not be a barrier in fashion designing courses. Moreover you can make your weakness as your strength. Because you have not write about the college name, so I can not write more about this. However top design institutes like NIFTs and NID provides 5% reservation to Person with Disability (PWD) category candidates. Hence you can also avail this benefit after obtaining the PWD category certificate. Your disability will be judge during the counselling and will be benefited if meeting the disability criteria.

Yes any student who have passed in 12th can pursue the B.Sc. in Costume Design and Fashion at PSGCAS. The admission in asked course are based on merit (12th marks). for more details please visit PSGCAS website.

Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. There are many good universities that provide B. Des in fashion, Interior, and Product design, and more. To name a few:

2. Pearl Academy
3. NID
4. NIFT
