B. Design in fashion is a specialised 4 year degree which cannot be compared with Diploma. If you want to gain a little knowledge about fashion, then you can go for Diploma, but for deep knowledge, you should do degree in fashion designing. The best Fashion Designing College are:

I agree with Shivani. It is always good to know the degree & the career progression after doing any course. Doing a course from reputed institutes like NIFT/NID will give you sound knowledge & secure a job. If geographically you are willing to shift, it is advisable to do FD from these institutes. www.nift.ac.in.

Pearl Academy is best for fashion designing. You can do Diploma, if you do not have much time.

It's always your choice on the basis of interest and hard work. But in India, MBBS is considered much superior than fashion designing. You should go for fashion designing over MBBS only and only if it's your passion. I would recommend you to work for MBBS.

Going for higher studies or doing a job after completing Bachelor of Multimedia with specialisation in fashion designing is totally up to you. If you want to do a government job or you are very keen to study, further then you should go for higher studies. Otherwise, if you want to do private jobs only, then it's better you start early because, in the industry, experience is always more valuable than a Master's degree. So, why to pay the fee for another two years, it's better you earn money and add up to your experience because what you learn in the industry is totally different than what you learn in college.
