Hi,
If you are selected for NIFT, then you can choose NIFT and once you do fashion designing from NIFT your career will automatically be done, as NIFT is best and about less fee NIFT also offers scholarship and if you can you can get education loan also.

Candidates must have passed an under graduate degree from any institution/university recognized by law in India or, Candidates who have Diploma in UG design from NIFT/NID only, are eligible or, Candidates who have passed Diploma course of three years from NIFT/NID are also eligible. Thank you.

For graduation in Fashion Designing you need to complete 12th or 3-year Diploma in this specialization from a government. Recognized university. Some institutes take direct admissions or through entrance exams. You can refer below link for institutes offering Bachelors in Fashion Designing -
